2. How does Catastico ensure supplier credibility and product authenticity?
All sellers undergo a document and certification check during onboarding. Catastico reviews legality documents, origin details, and product specifications to ensure compliance with EUTR 995/2010, EUDR requirements, and chain-of-custody standards.
3. Can Catastico help with documentation and EU compliance?
Yes. Catastico provides documentation assistance, traceability support, and guidance for both sellers and buyers to meet EU market requirements. This includes certificates of origin, packing lists, legality documents, and optional on-site QC services.
4. How do transactions and logistics work on the platform?
Buyers submit RFQs directly from product listings, which will be screened by moderators. Sellers will be notified of approved quotations and Catastico will facilitate the logistics coordination through our EU team in Klagenfurt.
