2. How does Catastico ensure supplier credibility and product authenticity?
All sellers undergo a document and certification check during onboarding. Catastico reviews legal documents, origin details, and product specifications to ensure seller are able to match EUTR 995/2010 and EUDR general requirements, through chain-of-custody management.
3. Can Catastico help with documentation and EU compliance?
Yes. Catastico provides document collection assistance, traceability support, promoting transparency, thus guidance for both sellers and buyers to meet EU and ASEAN market requirements.
4. How do transactions and logistics work on the platform?
Buyers submit RFQs directly from product listings, which will be screened by moderators. Sellers will be notified of approved quotations and Catastico will facilitate the logistics coordination through our EU team in Klagenfurt.
